Literature Text

The King made his approach to you, a wine in hand. You bowed to his presence, with Lukas standing right by you with Emil. "Here, have a drink my dear."

"I'm not much of a drinker, Your Majesty."

"But tonight is such a wonderful day, (Name)!" The glass of wine was pushed into your hand. "Just a sip would do."

You nodded, pushing the tip of the glass to your lips. Tilting the glass, the liquid poured into your mouth. The King smiled.

You placed the glass down on the table as you returned the smile. The light dimmed in the distance. "Ladies and gentlemen, please take your partner to dance."

Lukas turn to look at you, hand outreached. Your hand reached for Lukas, as you felt pain streak through your heart. You barely had the energy to clench your soul before you fell to the cold ground.

"(Name)!"

...

"All the poison has been exerted, Your Highness." The herbalist bowed before leaving the room, with Lukas holding your hand.

A hand brushed past your cheeks. "(Name), you have to wake up."

Your eyes opened, as if on cue. "L-Lukas. What happened?"

"You passed out. We suspect someone poisoned your drink."

Lukas looked away, as if he knew who had done it. "(Name)," Lukas clenched his fist. "Wait for me here."

With that, he stormed out of the room.

He approached his father, an unamused frown on play, aside from his usual unemotional face. "Your Majesty, you did this - didn't you?"

The King turned, brows furrowed together. "I want to get rid of that girl! She's a disgrace to the Kingdom of Norway!"

"You will not tell me who to wed." Lukas stood straight on his ground.

"And you will not speak to me that way."

"Oh? Are you going to send me to the dungeon as you did with my Mother?" Lukas raised his voice.

"You had a great opportunity to marry Princess Erica from Switzerland to boost our relations! Yet you want to marry a Norwegian commoner!?"

"You have no right t-"

The King smack the wall in rage. "Outrageous! Enough is enough! I will arrange your marriage with Princess Erica and that's the end of the talk!" The King exited the hallway, with Lukas upset - and furious.

He knew he would have to do something about it.

...

"Lukas, what's the matter?" Your eyelid drop at the sight of his anger.

Lukas's hand grabbed yours. "Let's run away together."

"Don't joke around, Lukas! You're a prince; are you crazy?" You let out a chaste laugh.

"I'm not joking," his stoic face played. "My father is planning to get rid of you, he was the one who poisoned you. His Majesty wants me to we'd Princess Erica of Swiss. I don't want you in danger. If I have to give up my throne for you, I will."

"Lukas, please don't. If His Majesty wants me to rid me, I will leave. Just marry Princess Erica for the Kingdom's sake."

"But I do not wish to! My father has no right to rule over me. If Emil should become the next King, then let that truth be." Lukas's face turned away, in a crimson red.

"I understand, Lukas. But think of it this way, if we were to run away - it would prove that we are coward, running away from the situation. Shouldn't we fight the King instead, my dear?"

"(Name)..." Lukas nodded. "I suppose you're right. Once I get my hand on that crown, I will toss him into the dungeon for good."

"I'm sorry, Lukas. I'm not that well with handling situations like these." Lukas' hands grasp your cheeks.

"No," Lukas smiled. "You're the best I could ever ask for. You're my one and only. You'll always be my Queen; and my only one."

"Lukas, please. You're flattering me."

"I'm not flattering you. I'm merely saying the truth, my love." Lukas smiled at you. "Will you be mine?"

"I'm already y-"

"Not fully." Lukas climbed onto the bed, falling and hovering over you. "I love you."

Lukas claimed your lips as his hand roamed your body. The sensation was enough to fill you as a moan escaped your lips.

...

Your leg brushed past the bed sheets as you stood up, reaching for the nightgown, letting it drape and tie tight around your waist. You felt Lukas' arms wrapped gently around you. "Good morning, my dear princess."

"Stop flattering me, Lukas..."

"As I've said previously, what I say is the truth; not flattery." Lukas's hand reached your cheek, cupping it. "I truly do love you. From the start of time."

Your face heated up at his statement. "Let's face His Majesty together." Lukas nodded at your statement. "And tower over his power that's corrupted."

A knock came forth at the door as Lukas put back on his jacket, calling out toward the wooden object. "Come in."

"The Chinese has declared war on us!"

"I'll go speak with their emperor right away." Lukas stood up. "(Name), will you come with me?"

"What? Me?" You pointed toward yourself. "I'm no good with foreign affairs..."

"If you're going to be the Queen of the Kingdom of Norway, then you-"

"I understand, Lukas..." You dragged yourself out of the bed as the servant bowed out of the room. "I'll go with you." A smile creeped on Lukas's face.

"I'm glad you say so, (Name)."

You have arrived in China with just a few hours of plane ride, in front of the emperor. You bowed in respect, with Lukas' brows quarreled together.

"Listen, you commoners-"

"I'm no commoner."

"I really don't care. If it doesn't go my way, then it goes no way."

"We can always end our foreign relations," Lukas stayed strong in his spot. "I will stop supplying you what I have."

"I don't need you, Kingdom of Norway." Lukas only ignored the last bits as he grabbed you out of the conference room. "I have hundreds of other allies."

You heard Lukas click his tongue as he exited, his grasp tightening on your wrist. "People are always getting on my nerves. My father, Yao-" Lukas turned to you, clicking his tongue again before stomping out of the empty, crimson corridor.

As Lukas stepped foot back into the plane, he looked to you with his dull eyes. "I didn't mean my actions, (Name)."

You looked away to the window. "I know." Lukas tilted your head over to face him, but your eyes glued onto the floor.

"Will you forgive me?"

"Do I have a say in this?" You watch Lukas lean closer as he kissed your lips transiently.

"I'm sorry."

"Are you apologizing, King to be?"

"Are you not accepting my apology, Queen to be?" You didn't reply Lukas as you blushed and turn back to look outside; at the clouds and all that the earth had to offer. Lukas held your hand as you looked out.

Soon would be the end, wouldn't it?

...

"Kill that woman," the man declared on his throne. "I do not care what you have to do, and what methods you have to take. Kill her! I want Lukas marrying a royalty! Not a commoner!"

"But fa-"

"If you disobey me, I will throw you into the dungeon!"

"I'm afraid I will have to disobey you," the prince replied as he pulled out a dagger. "If you hurt (Name), I will kill you."

"Even you too!? You traitor of a son! Servan-"

"Don't call for them. They're already on our side. It'll be useless for you to call for help, if they're not going to obey you either."

"What do you want, Emil!?"

"I want you to step down, and give the throne over to me. That's what I ask for." Emil pushed the dagger closer to his own father's throat. "Is that too much?"

"No! No! No!"

"Good," Emil remained emotionless. "Because I didn't think so."
One more chapter before we're good to go!

Should I extend it to chapter six? Leave your ideas down below! A lot of people wanted this up, so there you have it!

I didn't know this series was getting everyone's attention; but I'm glad it is!

I do not own Hetalia. Hetalia belongs to Himaruya Hidekaz respectively. I only own the plot, and the story.
