Where Are The Lemons?Recently someone has been reporting my stories for being Pronograpic Lit. Why now?
It's not just me eather. Lemon Contest winners also had their stories deleted.
Why have a Sexual Content Warning option if they just remove it?
DA can have PHOTOS of naked women with out the Sexual Content Waring on them and they get called Art and not porn?!

I need to know something...Like many of the journals have stated, there has been a domino effect of lemons being taken down. The furthest I remember was when it started with the entries of ~xCreativePoppet's shower lemon contest. At first it was only the winners and honorable mentions that were reported. Soon, after posting journals pointing out that there was someone who might have been a sore loser, more lemons started to get reported.
There's been some suspicions as to whether or not ~ev0net was the one behind it, but it's not. Don't bash the person for the lemons. That user is reporting those who post things without permission such as preview pictures or motivational posters. As that person specified in addition to dA's own policies, crediting does not mean getting permission. Lots of people don't even credit the artist so I can understand where that person is coming from. That user even said he/she doesn't report lemons.
I don't know who the person is, but I still feel that it has a strong connection

Last night, I was just checking out the front page. I have my settings to newest stuff in case you're wondering. Anyway, on the front page I had the pleasure of seeing...
A penis.
Now, don't get me wrong! I have no problem with artistic nudity. Yeah, there's that discomfort at first, but whatever. Art is art, and I can respect that. I actually saw an artistic nude picture in the DD's a couple of days and I praised it!
But this was not art. It was just a penis. There was no reason for it; nothing else recognizable was in the picture to give it more depth, and the resolution was very crappy. Honestly, it looked more like a sexting picture than a work of art.
Now this, I have a problem with. No one wants to see your dick just for the sake of seeing your dick. That's not what this site is a
What?What's going on?
What's going on that all the lemons are getting deleted?
Oh. A deviant reporting them.
That's depressing to see all the emotions go.
I just want to spread a word that it's no good to report someone's hard work. I'm not trying to bad mouth anyone, but - I mean, maybe it's time to move on with your life instead of reporting deviations for pornographic content.
People actually put their thoughts into their work, and they're full of feelings from deep down.
And I'm sure people don't need pressure on their work that they did out of fun, requests or even commissions.
So yeah. And guys, don't quit because of this.
This is crazy business that we need to deal with; not to run away from.

I have decided to make a petition. I couldn't find the website at first, but then I got it.

Let the writers write their feelings again. Any literary work represent something special within our hearts that we want to express.

Don't let someone so low crush our hope and dreams of writing; continue what you're doing - and be amazing.

Hi ho, I am the Community Volunteer worker for the Fan Fiction Gallery. I've been such since June. And I can assure you that Fan Fiction is not going anywhere. deviantART embraces all forms of expression on this site and frankly I have no idea where this silly rumor has come from.

It seems this rumor has worked people up into a bit of a panic... I would be very appreciative if you could update this journal and reassured your watchers that fan fic is here to stay. In fact, there's a fan fic in the Daily Deviations this very day.
